I reserve copyright to all commissioned artworks. Clients are prohibited to claim the artwork as their own work.

Please credit me when reposting the commissioned artwork onto any platform.

Unless it's a private piece, I have the right to post commissioned artworks to my social media and portfolios.

All commmissions are for personal use, unless commercial use is discussed beforehand. Commercial use rights will cost +100% of the original price.

You may not edit, trace or copy my work without permission. If there are minor mistakes, please contact me so I can fix it.

Use of the commission for NFTs or training AI is strictly prohibited.

All pricings are in USD and can be made through Paypal, Kofi or VGen.

Full upfront payment. I will not start the commission if the payment has not been received.

No refunds will be accepted after the sketch is approved and the next stage begins. If you'd like to cancel the commission during the sketch review, then only 50% of the payment will be refunded.

If I cancel the commission on my own terms, then you will be refunded the full amount paid.

I will send WIPs during the sketching stage of the commission. After the sketch is approved, there will be no more WIPs until the end where I'll check in for any for minor mistakes.

Up to 3 major revisions are allowed during the sketch review. Afterward, each revision will incur an additional $10 fee.

!! FOR SKEB COMMISSIONS !! - Revisions and WIPs will not be provided. Minor fixes are allowed if there are any small mistakes, please contact me if this happens.

Turnaround time is 1-4 weeks depending on the complexity and my schedule. You may check your commission progress through the work queue.

Commissions are accepted in groups of 3-5 slots. New requests will be waitlisted until I'm ready to start working on it, you will not be invoiced until then.

If there have been any significant delays, I will inform you of the reasons.

Please inform me if you are purchasing for a third party or gifting the design to someone else upon purchase.

No refunds after transactions are completed.

My designs cannot be used for hate speech or to discriminate.

Do not sell my designs for higher than how you obtained it. Traded/gifted designs have no monetary value until you have added extra works for them (commission or personal).

Co-owning is allowed but making separate profiles for the adopt is prohibited. Do not involve me in any disputes between co-owners.

The owner is allowed to redesign as much as they'd like. However, editing the original design and artwork should be asked for first.

Do not delete the original artwork of the design, please archive it instead.

Do not remove my creator/designer credits, even after redesign.

Blacklisted users are banned from directly offering on or buying my designs.

I do not care if they obtain my designs secondhand, but if I find anyone purposely taking advantage of this loophole, all offending parties will be blacklisted.

They are also banned from commissioning me or obtaining art from me via a third party (i.e. having someone else commission me to draw their OC).
